Investment Proces

An investment partnership is one of the most long-lasting and meaningful ones in business, and we will take the time to get to know you.
Although each process is unique, ours roughly looks like this:

1

Send us 1-2 pages of key information on your company so we can give you a quick answer if there's a fit.

2

Send us your detailed business plan and we'll meet with you, several times to deeply understand your business.

3

Here's where we discuss the terms and conditions of an investment in your company

4

Here's where we conduct due dilligence to intimately understand your business and confirm that everything is in check.

5

Assuming confirmatory due dilligence is satisfactory, we sign final legal documents and wire funds so you can get back to work.
